This Privacy Policy explains how Gammoridin (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use: (1) the Gammoridin Windows app, and (2) the gammoridin.com website.

- Network features: The app may connect to the internet to fetch metadata (like game covers/details), check for updates, and load external links you choose to open.

Information we may process
A) Information you provide
- Feedback/support: If you email us or submit feedback, we receive what you send (e.g., email address, message, and any attachments).
- Website download form: If you enter your email to request a build, we collect that email address for delivery and critical product updates (as described on the form).
B) Information the app may access on your device
- Game library data: The app may read locally available information needed to detect and display your games (for example: installed game folders, shortcuts, manifests, and related file paths).
- App settings: Your preferences and configuration stored locally on your device.
C) Limited technical data (when the app uses online features)
When the app connects to our services or third-party services (for example, to retrieve game metadata or check for updates), standard server logs may include limited technical data such as IP address, timestamps, requested endpoints, and user agent/app version. We use this for reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
How we use information
- Provide core functionality (organize and display your library).
- Fetch game metadata you request/enable (covers, descriptions, etc.).
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Respond to support and feedback.
- Improve stability and performance (for example, diagnosing crashes or errors if you choose to share logs with us).
What we share (and what we don’t)
- We do not sell personal information.
- Service providers: We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics/logging strictly for operations) to run the website and app services. They are only allowed to process data on our behalf for those purposes.
- Third-party links: If you click a store link (Steam, Epic, etc.) or open a website from inside the app, that destination may collect data under their own policies.
- Legal: We may disclose information if required to comply with the law or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data storage and retention
- On-device: Library state and settings are primarily stored locally on your PC.
- Website emails: If you submit your email for downloads/updates, we retain it until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until it’s no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
- Server logs: Operational logs (if any) are retained for a limited period for security and reliability, then deleted or aggregated.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your choices and controls
- Uninstall: You can remove the app at any time. Local data stored on your device is handled by your OS/app storage behavior.
- Email: You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the email, if provided, or contact us to be removed.
- Access/Delete: You can request access to or deletion of personal information we hold (like an email you submitted), subject to legal requirements.
Children’s privacy
Gammoridin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps.
International users
If you use Gammoridin from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate protections where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
